Status: Occasional casual introduction.
Description: A sturdy bush cricket with powerful, strongly spined hind legs. Dull brown in colour, with a darker upper side of the pronotum.
Habitat: Native to Jamaica, the species has been imported occasionally, but has not become established.
Phenology: Imports may occur all year round.
Distribution: This species is not present in the National Biodiversity Network Database currently (October 2008).
